What are your turnaround times?

We always try to get your items out to you as soon as possible but during busy periods, custom orders can take up to 10 working days to be produced.  Please allow plenty of time for your item to arrive and note that the production time doesn’t include postage time. 

Our working days are Monday – Friday 9-5.

If you need your order in a hurry you can purchase a "Rush my order" add on which means we will create and post your item within either 3 or 5 working days.

Do you accept returns?

We don’t accept returns unfortunately as our items are handmade to order. If your items is faulty however please contact us.

I am planning a large event/wedding so need a bulk order, can you help?

Can I request a custom order?
